You will be required to pay a trial fee of $50.00, this will be refunded if a saddle is purchased within the following 4 weeks.
You will be required to supply credit card details prior to the trial saddle being dispatched. This is for our security, a deposit for the saddle is also required, this will be charged once credit card details are supplied. This deposit will be refunded back to you once the saddle is returned to us in the same condition as was sent and returned in a timely manner.
The freight charges both ways are the responsibility of the customer, we will supply a return address, for convenience and to be sure it has the correct return address.
For security reasons we send trial saddles to town addresses only.
Please be aware there may be a wait to have the saddle sent if it is with another customer, we will advise you if this is the case.
