Shipping & Returns

Please check your orders and choose carefully as we do not refund if you have changed your mind or chosen an incorrect product. We will offer a store credit or an exchange.

Return freight is the responsibility of the customer, as is the freight charge for a new item if you wish to exchange.

Clearance items are non returnable & are final sales.
We do stand by the ''consumer guarantees act'' and if the item is faulty we will repair or exchange. No exchanges or refunds on any items specially ordered in. No exchanges or refunds will be given if items have been used or tags have been removed. Please return your item/s within 14 days of delivery. We recommend using a courier service to return your item/s. 
It is the purchasers responsibility to cover the return postage charges.

International shipping:
​We are able to ship outside NZ (some items we cannot) but it is best to email us first with the item you are wanting for us to confirm availability.


Most items are shipped with no sign required unless requested otherwise
