Saddle Shipping Terms & Conditions – New Zealand
1. Shipping Service
We provide shipping services for saddles across New Zealand from our locations in Christchurch, Woodend, and Kumeū.
Customers can choose:
Customers are responsible for arranging their own insurance for the saddle during shipping.
We recommend that the saddle is insured for its full value to protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
3. Responsibility & Liability
We handle all saddles with care.
For Shipping Only ($50): We are not liable for any damage that may occur during transit.
For Shipping + Packing ($60): We take reasonable care when packing. Liability for damage remains limited; customers must have their own insurance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
4. Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on location.
Customers will receive tracking information when the package leaves our facility (if applicable).
5. Returns & Refunds
Once the saddle has left our premises, we cannot accept returns.
Refunds are only available if the service is canceled before shipping.
