Frequently Asked Questions:

-Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
Yes, we are able to ship most items outside of NZ. Please email canterbury.equestrian@xtra.co.nz to confirm product availability etc.
-Is Paypal safe?
PayPal is highly secure. We use industry-leading technology (such as SSL) to keep your information safe.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

-Can you post to a P.O Box?
We can only post to a P.O Box if the item can fit into a courier bag, we recommend putting down a physical address for us to post to.
-Is rural postage extra?
Yes. Rural postage is usually about $5 extra
-Can we order product in?
Depending on what the item is, most likely. We recommend emailing us if you would like a specific product.
-I ordered a product but its out of stock?
Our website is not stock controlled, we do our best to keep it up to date. However there may be times where a product you have ordered may be out of stock. In this case we will offer a refund or you can choose another item.
-Can i try an item before purchasing?
We have a system called an Appro which means we can send you an item before you decide if you would like to purchase it . However Appros only apply with certain items (like saddles). We do not Appro on our website, you would need to call or email us to arrange this (under 'contact'). Payment for postage does apply when Approing & we will need credit card details for security, this must be at least 3 months from expiry and must be a credit card & not a visa debit card.
